Booking terms

If the client does not show up, the instructor will wait 15 minutes and the reservation will not be refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be refunded at the instructor's discretion; same-day cancellations are not refundable. Changes to the booking date are possible up to 24 hours before the start, subject to agreement with the instructor.
